Yes, we pitched a tent, put up our banner, and displayed art and books for the passers-by! We also had business cards and flyers for writers and artists and others who had never heard of the National League of American Pen Women and wanted to learn more.
We had fun, and the sun even came out as we were ready to break down the tent! Thanks to SPW Jan Schaberg, Wilma Davidson, Polly Tetreault, and Susan Klaus for their sunny dispositions on a gray day--and to the wonderful presence of Pamela Olin and Barb Jendrysik as well!!
