The weather cooperated as 30 Sarasota Pen Women and their guests met for the 2nd annual Garden Gratitude Party. With a slight breeze coming from the Bay, sunshine to keep us warm, and the shade offered by ginormous 400-year-old-banyans, we mingled, we ate, learned, and laugh much from our guest speaker and future member, artist Meg Krakowiak. She and her charming story had the perfect backdrop in Lady Lynn Wilson’s “back yard!”
A $50 gift card from Publix, 3 books from our own Brenda Spalding, and a piece of art from Meg, were raffled off! Enjoy the pictures here of Meg’s art and our delightful afternoon with one another in surroundings that take your breath away.
